The service

Pods & Recs transcribes podcast episodes and uses an AI model to extract media recommendations mentioned in them. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

• The free plan is browse-only — pulling a new episode into Pods & Recs costs a pull, bought either a la carte ($1 each, or $5 for a five-pack) or included with Pro.
• Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically.
• Cancel anytime from your account page — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• Purchased pulls don't expire and aren't refundable once an episode pull has been used.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change applies to your next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls, and don't use the service for anything illegal.

About the recommendations

Recommendations are extracted by an AI model reading a transcript — they can be incomplete or wrong. They're not professional advice of any kind, and we don't guarantee their accuracy.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
